If your order doesn’t work out, here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

How It Works

  1. Submit your request through our Return & Exchange Request form.

  2. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

  4. Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item. Please note that couriers do not handle cash refunds.

A Few Things to Know

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • For security reasons, opening the package upon delivery is not allowed under our courier's policy.

  • If you need to return or exchange your order, you still have 5 days from delivery to contact us, and our team will take care of the rest.
